BYB is not a local farm to table type establishment.  The nature of our menu is, for very obvious reasons, not conducive to such a model.  That said, we are well aware of the myriad benefits of buying ingredients locally, and do so at every opportunity we get.  We're all about thoughtfully sourced ingredients, with locally sourced ones taking priority wherever there is one available.  Currently, our local vendors include:
